Meantime – Old Smoked Bock – 1 out of 7 (Smokestacks of sadness)

image

Something went askew with this one. Inside this corked and sealed bottle was a malty, slightly sweet, and completely flat beerish flavored fluid. At first we thought this was a cask style beer, but even those have some fizzle to them. Not this. After a few diminishing sips it became evident that something went horribly wrong inside this bottle. Alright, we had to dump this shit out. Maybe it caught that Bourbon County infection… and then lost all carbonation. I’ll keep an eye peeled for this beer so we can politely offer a do over. In the meantime, Meantime is getting a 1.
