Midnight Sun Brewing Co. – Second Hand Smoke Stout – 4 out of 7 Smokestacks

Midnight Sun Second Hand Smoke

Here’s a quick review: Dark, No light can get through this at all, in fact, I think the room just got a little darker after pouring this into a glass. Pours like Hershey’s syrup. Thick on the lips. Syrup, rich, musty flavors. Smoke smell faint and hidden. Dark and thick. There is a smokebeer in there somewhere, hidden underneath coffee, chocolate, molasses, velvet cake, some kind of barrel, barleywine, motor oil, and peat. Overall Happiness 4 Smokestacks (out of 7)

Pour it into a snifter. Swirl it around. Warm it up. Let it waft. Inhale its essence. Drink it in. Warning: This could kill you.
